Heal with the Full Moon Meditation every month on the day of the Full Moon

Every month on the day of the full moon we offer a ‘ Full Moon ‘ meditation. It is a group meditation ( at least 11 persons) practiced in a tantric healing circle that has a tremendous healing effect. The full moon meditation is accessible to everyone, no need to have any experience in yoga. The healing ring can be used to generate and direct tremendous healing energy towards any person: a member of the circle, someone at a far distance, or someone located in the center of the circle. The participants should focus their minds to listen, and let themselves be filled with the sound, acutely tuning into the call, and then answering.

We normally practice a short Kriya (set of exercises) to release the meridian its effecting, depending on the sign the Full moon is in… A healing bath with the Gong… Ending up with the Healing Tantric Circle and a yummy bowl of soup all made with love :-)

Full Moon in Taurus…

Large Intestine Neck & Throat… Be steady, not stubborn…


Join Mona on Thursday the 6th November from 19:00-20:30 for the Full moon healing tantric circle… The Full moon in Taurus, governs the large intestine meridian, as well as the neck and throat. This full moon influence challenges us to be steady without being stubborn. And to be consistent but not rigid…

When the Moon is in Taurus: We are motivated by the desire for serenity, security, peace, and comfort. The Moon is at her most sensual and constant in Taurus. Our basic impulses are to relax, resist change, and “stop to smell the roses”. Life slows down a little, and we get comfortable. We may also be inclined to stubbornness and materialism under this influence…

When the Moon passes though the sign of Taurus, we all become a little like the Taurus… For the Taurus characteristic are practicality, endurance, desire to own something or somebody, deep value of the current physical senses… In this period we try to make something real, useful, something that can bring us remarkable result, and we are ready to engage ourselves with that for indefinite time… We become more diligent and patient. We appreciate tranquility and comfort and we try not to pay attention to those, who are trying to distract us…
In humid and cold weather take care of your neck and ears – pay them the needed attention.
Things to eat: All hot and white food like onions, garlic, ginger, cauliflower, celery and radish. Rice is good to aid in clearing and eliminating toxins from the body.
Things not to eat: This is an excellent time to cut down on or eliminate refined sugar and products made from white flour, like bread and pasta.
An interrupted flow of the large intestine meridian may create: negative attitude, bowel disorders, gum problems, nose bleeds, aching shoulders, toothache, the feeling of living in the past…
Yoga: Archer pose is an excellent posture for balancing this meridian.
Work on both the large intestines and the neck/throat: Lying on your back, use your arms to pull your knees to your chest. Then lift your head, nose between your knees. Hold with breath of fire 3 – 5 minutes, then relax.
Alternately you can exhale as you lift the head up and pull the knees down with the arms, then inhale dropping the head down and relaxing the pull of the arms. Repeat this 25-100 times, then relax.
Massage Tip: Hold and massage the index fingers of each hand for 2 minutes throughout the day…
